Position Overview:

As a Principal Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of designing intelligent and intuitive products that harness the potential of AI. • Drive design reviews, provide constructive feedback to team members, and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, AI technologies, and industry best practices, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to the team.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on designing AI-driven products or platforms.

• A portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design for complex applications or AI-driven interfaces.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite, as well as prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.

• Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, or conversational interfaces.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to stakeholders.
